We ship laboratory instruments, disposables, and bio-research materials from our warehouses and partner facilities in Türkiye and other international manufacturing hubs.
All orders are processed in accordance with our confirmation and invoice terms.
2. Processing Time
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items after payment confirmation.
- For special or OEM/white-label orders: processing time varies depending on product type and quantity.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience high order volumes or supplier delays, dispatch may be slightly extended. You will be notified by email.
3. Shipping Methods
We work with reliable local and international couriers, including but not limited to:
- Domestic (Türkiye): Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG, or private freight partners.
- International: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or specialized logistics providers for laboratory equipment.
Customers may request their preferred carrier or arrange pickup under Ex Works (EXW) terms if applicable.
4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.
- The total shipping cost will be displayed on your invoice or quotation before payment.
- For large or bulk orders, special freight arrangements may apply.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and product type:

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Tracking number
- Courier name
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or via our support team.
7. Risk of Loss and Ownership
- Ownership and responsibility for goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility or designated warehouse.
- KaryonX is not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occur after goods are handed over to the carrier.
- Customers are advised to inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any visible damage within 48 hours.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit:
- Notify us immediately at info@karyonx.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will coordinate with the courier to initiate an investigation.
- Replacement or credit will be issued according to the outcome and our Refund & Return Policy.
9. International Shipping & Customs
- We ship worldwide to most countries, subject to carrier availability and trade regulations.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with local import laws and regulations.
- Any customs clearance delays are outside of KaryonX’s control.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
KaryonX is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Customs or regulatory issues
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- Political or health emergencies
We will, however, communicate transparently and assist in finding a resolution.
